INFORMATION for the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016
1. Introduction
Pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, the Municipality of Cerisano, as "holder" of the processing, is required to provide you with information regarding the use of your personal data.

2. Identity and contact details of the controller
The Data Controller of the personal data referred to in this Policy is the City of Cerisano, based in Via San Pietro – pec: comune.cerisano.cs@legalmail.it . who, as a data controller, will process the personal data provided primarily by computer and telematic means, for the purposes laid down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), in particular for the performance of their tasks of public interest or in any case related to the exercise of their public powers, including the purposes of archiving, historical research and analysis for statistical purposes.

4. Processors
The Authority may use third parties for the performance of activities and related processing of personal data of which the Authority has ownership. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, these entities ensure levels of experience, capacity and reliability that ensure compliance with the existing processing provisions, including the data security profile.
The Authority shall formalise instructions, tasks and charges for such third parties by appointing them to "Data Processors". They shall be subject to periodic checks in order to ascertain the maintenance of the guarantee levels recorded when the initial assignment is entrusted.

5. Subjects authorised for treatment
I Your personal data are processed by internal personnel previously authorized and designated as the data controller, to whom appropriate instructions are given regarding measures, measures, modus operandi, all aimed at the concrete protection of your personal data.

6. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The processing of your personal data is carried out by the Municipality of Cerisano for the performance of institutional functions and, therefore, pursuant to art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. e) does not require your consent.
Personal data are related to the process and related activities.

7. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be communicated to other competent bodies used by the City, for the sole purpose of investigating the practice.

8. Transfer of personal data to non-EU countries
Your personal data shall not be transferred outside the European Union.

9. Storage period
Its data shall be stored for a period not exceeding that necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. For this purpose, including through periodic checks, the close relevance, non-excessive and indispensable nature of the data in relation to the relationship, the performance or the current assignment, to be established or terminated, is constantly verified, including with reference to the data you provide on your own initiative. Data which, even as a result of verifications, is in surplus or not relevant or not indispensable shall not be used, except for the storage, as required by law, of the act or document containing them.

10. His rights
In your capacity as interested party, you may, at any time, exercise rights:
- to request more information in relation to the contents of this information
- access to personal data;
- to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him (in the cases provided for in the legislation);
- oppose processing (in the cases provided for in the legislation);
- data portability (in cases covered by legislation);
- withdraw consent, where applicable; the withdrawal of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent conferred before the revocation;
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantee);
- to mandate a non-profit body, organisation or association to exercise its rights;
- to claim compensation for damages resulting from breach of the legislation.
