He opened the interview by recounting the recent visit to the Ministry of Culture, where he met the Minister Alessandro Giuli. «We participated as common winners of the Bando Borghi, a result that makes us proud. These resources will allow us to re-launch our economies, support communities and fight depopulation», he explained. And then there is the Festival of greenhouses, the event with many international ideas that with music, theatre and art, has attracted for thirty years public from all Calabria and beyond. «The Festival is a flagship for Cerisano. Among the central points of the development strategy, Di Gioia has dedicated ample space to "Via dell'Eremita". This route, which connects Cerisano to the Way of San Francesco di Paola, represents a ambitious project to promote slow and sustainable tourism. The path starts from the Sanctuary of Paterno Calabro, crosses the villages of Dipignano, Carolei and Mendicino, until you reach Cerisano, then continue towards San Fili and end at the Sanctuary of Paola. «Many young people have long invested in this activity, a path that involves many municipalities, which reaches the sanctuary of Paola and passes through our village.
